Warranty & Refunds
Delivery conditions, functional warranty, and refund terms for digital licenses and subscriptions.
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you request a cancellation before your digital key or account credentials are sent, a full refund is issued immediately.
2. Functional Warranty
All digital licenses and subscriptions include functional coverage for the full duration of the purchased period.
3. Replacement and 24-Hour Resolution
If an access or authentication problem occurs, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We troubleshoot and replace the credentials. If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours, a full refund is issued immediately.
4. Post-Delivery Policy
Because digital credentials are consumable upon receipt, refunds for change of mind are not available once credentials have been delivered and verified working, unless covered by the technical warranty above.
